Parenting a growing child is hard. Embrace Wellness is here to provide you and your children with support, guidance, and practical strategies to cope with the pains and stresses that can accompany navigating childhood.
At this time, Kelly is providing telehealth therapy through a HIPAA-compliant secure platform
and has a wait list for services.
Children have an innate desire to feel secure. Negative experiences and life changes can impede a child’s feeling of security, leading to fluctuation in mood and an increase in problematic behaviors. Embrace wellness is here to help children and parents promote healthy expression of difficult feelings and experiences, and enhance the connection in the parent- child relationship.
“Compassion and connection – the very things that give purpose and meaning to our lives – can only be learned if they are experienced. And our families are our first opportunities to experience these things.”
– Brene Brown
